Being the owner of a small company myself, I can appreciate the efforts by JCS Hosting. I have helped several of my customers switch their services to JCS and haven't had any issues that were not resolved without fast, friendly and efficient service. There are many 'cheaper' services out there, but they live up to that moniker. Price to me is second, service is number 1 and JCS handles that with ease. I have dealt with many providers who have 24 hour 800 numbers but the forums at JCShelpdesk have, by far, been the most successful to use. Our luck with our previous host was very poor. While researching a reliable replacement host, JCS was very, very patient with our 1001 questions - and still are today!! Our number one concern was reliability in email. It is our primary communications and we can't do business without it. JCS has been outstanding in keeping us up and running. Recently we had a slight panic and it was resolved before our staff even knew there was a problem. I've had my website hosted by JCS for several years now. Their service has been so excellent, that I've since added several other sites that I look after to their hosting system. My downtime has been practically non-existent, and the very few times my site has been down, I've been notified well in advance that it would be down due to maintainance. I've always been able to contact JCS if I had questions or for help on any matters related to my site, and have received clear, and prompt advice. When I decided to take a Front Page part-time studies course at a local community college and do our company website maintenance myself, JCS was there when I needed them the most. I am very pleased with the fact that I was able to come up with an alternative solution to my HUGE problem of not having my own shopping cart ready. Using osCommerce for now, and with lots of help from you folks, I have been able to get this thing working. As long as speed doesn't become a problem I cannot foresee any reason for not staying there. Responsiveness from some of the providers around here has been less than desireable, though we really wanted to keep things local. I guess when it comes right down to it, the Web makes all of us local to a degree. The big difference is in customer service, and you guys (and gals too perhaps) have been nothing short of fantastic.
