My domain expired but I've renewed it. Why is it still offline?
Article If a domain name has expired and gone offline, once it has been renewed there will be a time period of anywhere from 24-72 hours needed for the domain renewal information to spread throughout the Internet. Basically, all the servers in the world need to acknowledge that your domain is renewed and working again. This process is a natural part of the Internet and no individual or company can speed it up. You'll just have to patiently wait for your domain to start working again. And keep in mind that if it works for you, it may not yet be working for someone else (or vice-versa). ISP servers update at different times. You just need to wait for them all to sync up.
