Our Process
- We provide a survey for you to fill out. This is useful in a few ways; it gives us a better idea of what you're looking for and can also bring to light ideas or issues for your site that may not have been addressed otherwise.
- From the details provided in the survey we come up with an estimate for the project. Everything we are responsible for is laid out in plain English. Further, we guarantee a timeline and pricing in writing; no last-minute surprises for anyone. Of course, we are accommodating for changes that can arise during the design process and provisions for how to handle these are covered in the estimate.
- We create a mock-up of the website based on all the information gathered so far and present it to you. You can then tell us what you do like and what you don't. From there we makes changes as necessary or even start over from scratch if the original design isn't what you had in mind.
- Once the final design is approved it's time to turn the concept into a reality. We begin creating your website and adding it's content. While this is happening, the client is given access to a testing environment where they can view the site's progress.
- Once the website is ready, you have the opportunity to peruse it in the test area and make sure everything is working to your complete satisfaction. When we get approval on the site in its finished state we move onto deployment.
- With the site complete we then create your hosting account, upload all the necessary files and setup any email addresses. The final step is then to point your domain to the right place and the site is live and good to go.
